It was founded in the 1990s under the leadership of Lorenzo Ammannati and Gianfranco Malcuori and was completely redesigned in the year 2000 when its manufacturing facility was established in the reclaimed industrial structure of the old Masson Foundry in Colle di Val d'Elsa (Siena) Italy.

Thanks to their individual qualities, the architectonic elements and materials used are perfect for furnishing villas, museums, hotels, industrial structures, shops and stands. Progetto Officina soon became successful in the contract sector and in the production of standard series articles.

The main production elements made of stainless steel, brass and other metals range from doors and windows to curtain walls, overhead glazing and stairs.
Excellent partners, such as glazers, upholsterers and joiners contribute to the creation of a finished product which is an element of prestige.
